"I got my box delivered, and i'm very impressed with the number of channels i'm getting in HD, however, i found the remote control to be very irritating as i had to point it directly at the TV to switch channels. The staff is very receptive though and upgraded me to the keyboard which is makes the whole service 10x better. so far so good."
